Fun Fun Fun! Time to blow out the stress of the day, with our simple but effective boxing drills. Learn the punching and kicking techniques that shred professional boxers and kickboxers.
You’ll get fighting fit with our non-contact cardio-resistance program that incorporates strike shields and focus pads. Your heart rate will soar as you combine punching combos with bodyweight conditioning to improve your overall toning.

Having a strong Core is essential because all movement centres from our Core. The FitBall is an outstanding tool to get your Core training on fire and this session will help you strengthen and tone your Core to help improve movement, balance, posture and reduce the risk of injury.

CardioFit

Time to get your heart pumping and your body moving. Games, Endurance, Cross Training, HiiT, all play a part in this fun session that burns calories and builds fitness.  Improve your heart and lung fitness with our high intensity interval training using circuits, sprints, relays, intervals, speed and agility drills, hill training, battle ropes, medicine balls and bodyweight. This class is bound to get your heart pumping!

BootCamp

 Your chance to raise your game, go harder and go stronger and step outside of your comfort zone!  
We use training techniques that focus on a high intensity strength and conditioning program with functional fitness tools used by special forces operatives around the world.  Suitable for all levels of fitness from beginners to advanced, this session will definitely give you a 110% workout .  You will work hard, but you will finish with a smile!

YogaStretch

Every Body needs to stretch, especially after a busy week of training, but for most of us it’s the last thing on our training priority…… Not at Step Outside Fitness.
Every Saturday morning we take you thru a series of basic Yoga poses that will help improve flexibility, balance and posture.  Whether its Yoga or just working those tight muscles over the Foam Roller, this session will alleviate those stiff and tight muscles. The meditation at the end will be the highlight of your week!
