How do I book into a session?

All you need to do is view the Timetable, decide when you would like to start and sign-up online via MINDBODY for the sessions you want to attend.  Once you've signed up you'll get a welcome email then just show up on the day!

What kind of training will I be doing?

All sessions are specifically designed to create the exact intensity to challenge the whole group within their individual limits from beginners to the advanced.  See our Sessions page for further information.

How much does it cost?

All our pricing is listed on our Pricing page.
We have Group  Membership Options and Group Casual Options to suit our clients needs.
Our most popular option is our Stepping Strong membership which gives you unlimited access to any/all sessions. All memberships and casual options can be purchased through our MINDBODY Online Store. There is absolutely no joining fee or other hidden fees.
If you choose a Membership option they run 4 weekly, there are no contracts so you can pause or cancel at any time with 2 week’s notice.
If you prefer a Casual pass option they are vaild for 12 weeks from the date of purchase and are on a session use basis.

Can I pause or cancel my membership?

Memberships are 4 weekly, there are no contracts so you can cancel at any time with 2 week’s notice given to us via email.
If you need to suspend your membership for a short period of time due to injury, work or holidays please give us notice via email of your inclusive dates in advance.  Please note that suspensions cannot be back dated.

What do I need to bring?

All you need are your trainers, your gym gear, a water bottle and a sweat towel, if its summer you may need some sunscreen and insect repellant!
If it’s your first time make sure you have logged onto MINDBODY and created your profile and completed your Health and Waiver Form.

I need help booking into sessions?

All you need to do is select the session you would like to attend in MINDBODY Online or the MINDBODY App, then click the BOOK button next to the session you want to attend. If you have passes avaiable from your membership or casual sessions prurchased it will allow the booking - otherwise it will prompt you to purchase a casual option.  If you do wish to purchase a Membership Option this must be purchase through MINDBODY Online and not via the MINDBODY App.  Too easy!

Why do I need to book into sessions?

This just helps us control numbers so that classes don’t get too big, and we can make sure we have enough trainers and equipment available for you at each session.

How many attend the sessions?

We like to keep our sessions within a certain size to give you a more personal experience with lots of support and guidance. However if do numbers get large, we roster on an additional Trainer to the class so there's always a good ratio of trainers.  This is why its important you book into the session in advance!

How often can I attend?

That depends on your Membership. If you’ve signed up Stepping Strong Membership you can attend as many sessions you like every week. A Stepping Up Membership gives you access to 2 sessions a week, a Stepping Stone Membership gives you 1 session per week.
We also have Stepping Casual 10 Session Packs and Stepping Casual 1 Session only available as casual options.

What if I'm not fit?

Please don’t worry!  Our sessions are designed to so that we work with all levels of fitness and allow people to go at their own pace. Our culture is to make fitness fun!, the most important thing is to just start. If you’re particularly anxious please speak with your trainer before the session commences and they can help to make sure you get some support and attention.

What if I'm injured?

Depending on the injury or issue this is usually fine. We can alter most exercises to accommodate things like bad backs, knees, ankles, etc. Just make sure to let us know in advance so we can plan for you. And make sure it's ok with your health care professional first!
