We hold Outdoor Group Training sessions in the beautiful lakeside Speers Point Park, Lake Macquarie.
Our selection of sessions specifically designed to create the exact intensity to challenge the whole group within their individual limits from beginners to the advanced. 
At Step Outside Fitness we want to help you get FITTER, STRONGER and HAVE FUN doing it so you can lead a FRESH and ENERGETIC LIFE!
We work with people of all ages and fitness levels to provide support, accountability and motivation in a fun outdoor training fitness session. Our highly qualified trainers use the latest in sports science to make your boot camp experience productive, varied and enjoyable.
